I only stayed for two days, but the experience was disappointing. I arrived at 2:30 PM, just 30 minutes before the 3:00 PM check-in time, and had to wait standing because the reception area had no chairs. The room was never cleaned or organized during my stay. Used towels were not exchanged, but after informing the front desk, I was simply given new towels and had to carry them myself to the third floor. The Wi‑Fi was very slow, frequently disconnected, and unreliable. Overall, I do not recommend this place.

Great staff...very courteous and helpful. Breakfast buffet was fabulous. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Decent place to stay for a long weekend in the city.

Parking is difficult and rooms are in a loud busy section of San Francisco near a bus stop. Bring ear plugs you like to sleep (probably this way in most of the city).

Stayed 4 days and never got room cleaning or fresh towels.

Great place to escape.
