Great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. We’ve stayed numerous times at Sea Air and the rooms are always very clean. Staff is quick to accommodate any needs. The front desk personnel is very welcoming. One minor complaint would be the sitting chairs in the accessibility rooms. They are cute, but not sturdy for large adults. Better comfy chairs would be great. All in all, great hotel at the right price.

Property is in an amazing location but the facility itself is dated. Rooms are pretty but the best way to describe the renovation is lipstick on a pig. The fact that they charge the rates they charge is mind boggling considering the character of the hotel. Main issues: pool area is a very basic motel style pool. Bath tub was janky and old. The A/C rattled all night long. Sounded like it was choking at times. Toilet paper is one ply sandpaper. Bed has to be from the last hotel as it was high in the middle and super lumpy and low on the sides. We were also told there was free breakfast but when we arrived we were told that was canceled. Also, between parking and a "resort fee" came out to be $55, which is a total joke for a motel with no amenities beyond a mediocre pool and small tub. Needless to say, we wouldn't recommend staying here especially at over $400 for a midweek night in the premier or deluxe rooms. Just poor value.

Great location next to the beach, restaurants and shops. Large rooms and gated parking. Dated decor but not a problem.
