Great stay

The front desk lady must be new b/c she charged my boyfriend's card twice during check-in. It took 30 mins to check in. Then we got to our room; housekeeping had left their cleaning cloths all over the couch & bathroom. The next day, we decided to stay one more night. Well, here comes housekeeping knocking before we can even get to go downstairs to redo our room key. It's only 10 a.m., asking if we're checking out today because I'm showing the room vacated. I'm like, huh, ummm, yes, but not until 12 originally, but we are extending another night. The lady apologize, Go downstairs same lady that check us in is there told her we are extending another night & reservation are under my name. So the housekeeping supervisor is standing there was like what room, she tell her, she is telling the front desk lady that someone didn't finish checking them in the room is showing as vacated. The front desk lady was like who checked y'all in I said you did. She looked flabbergasted, so she said here are you new keys, and I'll work on your reservation. It's going to take 15 mins. Drove to Publix for a good 20mins came back & she was like I haven't started on your reservation; you won't be able to get in the room. Now I'm pissed b/c its starting to be a inconvenience all way around. After 20 mins she just gives me 1 working key & gives me excuse why I can't have 2. Next day housekeeping knocking at 10am again saying o I thought this room was empty at the point, I packed my stuff & left.

Very clean, cool room. Quick check in. Didn't wake up in time for breakfast. But I was informed of it along with the times..

The property was very close to my destination. It was well maintained with an upscale presence. The staff was very helpful. I would definitely stay again.

The rooms could be cleaner. Both bed skirts were torn on both beds. The bathroom floors could use a vacuum in the corners.

I don't think guest should pay for parking.

Room was not clean. Went back to service deck hot another room and the electricity did not work. Ended up not staying in the hotel

This is year 2 staying at the property for an event and I just love it actually tried breakfast this time. I cannot complain.
