Silver Springs Vacation Packages

This was a beautiful property and it was located close to all of the food, shopping, and entertainment that we wanted to explore. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will be back and recommend that others go as well!

The property is still under construction. There was some confusion with the front desk staff with instructions on how to get to the room when the elevators were under construction. You would think the front desk staff would be able to give clear instructions based on the construction situation. Many of the amenities at the hotel are not available, however they still charge the full resort fee.

Everyone a PCT hiker needs, a clean room, comfortable bed, laundry facilities (at sister property nearby) and super friendly and helpful staff.

Hubby thought he left wallet. Staff returned call after searching room. They went out of their way. Wallet found in suitcase Thank you !!!

The rooms were great! Well equipped. Spacious. Comfortable. The pool was super fun for the kids. Two jacuzzis. well located in town. The only caveat is that there was a band and loud music late right below us. The manager said it wasn't supposed to be and was a one- off situation. If that hadn't happened, it would be a 5 STAR completely!!!
