Beautiful place and stay.

In the middle of a remodel but still really pretty and a great place to stay

Family-friendly, very nice staff, and also room was clean as well

It was 90 degrees and there is no air condentioning they had basic fans in the rooms. You could not flush the toilet more than once in 30 minutes. The remotes for the TV work when they want to. They provide you with a coffee maker but they do not have coffee!! Good luck using your key card getting in your room! All in all terrible stay we left a day early.

Hair on the sheets, hair in the bathroom, hair on the carpet… apparently hair was the main amenity. The clogged sink revealed things I wish I could unsee. Pool and hot tub? Nope. Staff was genuinely super nice, though! I’ve stayed at much cheaper hotels in the area that were way better.

My sons and I spent 3 nights at this property. I was pleasantly surprised at how neat and clean the property was. The kitchenette was a nice bonus that included plates, pans, and utensils. The location was busy, but the property was relatively quiet considering the traffic at peak season. My only complaint was that the room felt a bit stuffy in the evenings because there was no air conditioning. This is not uncommon for this area, & to be fair, it was warmer than usual while we were there. That being said, the overall experience was great. The employees were very helpful and nice, and the property was very convenient to the shops and restaurants at Heavenly. I would definitely stay there again in cooler weather.

The hotel was clean, and the room was a good size. The staff were also very nice and helpful. Location is great. However, there were a few issues during my stay. The toilet drained slowly and was lower than a standard-height toilet. At night, the neighboring room’s AC was quite loud. There was also a motorcycle making loud noise at around 6 a.m., which woke me up. Overall, the cleanliness, room size, and friendly staff were good, but the noise and bathroom issues affected my stay.
