Spring Valley Vacation Packages

After traveling all day we got to the Hillcrest only to find out they did not have all of our rooms. They tried to get us to share the room they had. No phone call to let us know ahead of time. No help in finding us another room. Their thought was that I reserved 4 rooms and they only had 3, that I should still take the 3 rooms because I reserved them. We ended up at going back north to a hotel we passed 30 miles before. Very unhappy that Expedia would even list this property.

Over paid waiting till the last minute, but that’s my fault. Not worth the $400 I paid! Dated rooms, funky smoky smell. Non smoking rooms smell, can’t get around that when smoking allowed in hotel. The steak house was excellent though.

Clean and easy to get in and out.

Everything was excellent friendly staff clean property. I would love to visit again

The hotel appeared to be undergoing some type of remodeling during our stay. Unfortunately, the hallway where our room was located smelled strongly of cigarettes, which was unpleasant. The shower also left a lot to be desired and could use some updating.
