St. Helena Vacation Packages

Super comfortable room close to downtown Napa. We enjoyed the lobby wine tastings and the delivered breakfasts. Ernest(?) at the front desk was super helpful with town info.

This property had a double-booking issue. When we arrived on September 7, other guests were already staying in the house, and they showed us their valid Expedia booking until September 13. We attempted to contact the host via calls and messages, but received no response at all. We reached out to Expedia customer service immediately, yet the situation was not resolved. We were forced to book a new hotel last minute, which brought unexpected extra costs. In the end, Expedia did not provide any compensation. I am very disappointed with the handling of this incident. Anyone considering booking this place should prepare for the worst-case scenario.

Beautiful property in Napa Valley - like Living in an art museum- beautiful grounds ,water features ,sculpture and art. Very comfortable room- love the Nespresso ! Amaizing

The location is good in that is walking distance to main downtown area. The rugs on the stairwell are ivory . Bad color! But everything else was nice.

holiday inn trying to play dress up. The property is clean and looks good, amenities are nice. But this hotel is facing a lot of the problems that still plague the hospitality industry as a whole even almost seven years post pandemic: lack of staff. There is hardly anyone to ask questions of, line to check in was literally 30 people, for my one king bed room (lowest) that totaled over 900 dollars a night. No one to help you take your bag up the steps (how is this ada compliant?) it’s just that this is the service I’d expect from a holiday inn, not someplace I spent almost 1k on for a special night. Everything takes forever- check in, they literally told us they didn’t have enough menus and to “ask the woman napping at the pool!” “it’s okay, I let her know she needs to share her menu.” So they expected me to wake up someone sleeping outside in a chaise Lounge or just take her menu, then wait another 30 minutes for the 2 servers serving all guests to take order and then of course server thinks he can remember so doesn’t write it down (like a high end place) but forgets half the order. So I’ll call this place a holiday inn trying to play dress up. At least with middle of the road hotels I think to myself “I’m getting what I expected for the price I paid.” Here, I ended up feeling annoyed that I’m not getting th service I paid for.
