On the surface, the room looked clean, but looking a little more closely it wasn’t. There was hair from somebody else in the shower and the corners were dirty and various areas. It was OK for a one night stay but I wouldn’t stay again.

Very dirty, not too helpful staff. Biggest problem how dirty the rooms and staircase was. Elevators were broke, the staircases were gross.

pool area dirty. hot tub broken. the door lock did not lock. the tub knob was loose and the drain was shut. other than that a really great time. asked staff if they knew of any intelligent indians. they said no.

The staff was nice. When we got to the room, we couldn’t figure out to work the smart Samsung tv. I called the front desk multiple times for help. Couldn’t even get regular tv. Then the fridges in the lobby were basically empty for drinks or snacks.

Best Western Plus Cedar City
We just left this Best Western for a graduation and our family had an incredible stay. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable and the staff went out of their way to leave Congrats Grad gifts for each room. The stay really helped our trip run smoothly. I would stay here again.
