They have 2 elevators, but only one worked, and it was extremely slow, because the cleaning staff was using it to load their cleaning carts. Wait times were 5 to 10 minutes at times

Room was dirty. Very dusty. We found pills and darts for a nerf gun around the bed. AC didnt work. There was a floor fan in the room and it was covered in dust. The beds didnt have a comforter only had 2 sheets on both beds... which was fine because it was so hot in the room at night. The hallways ...

The Valor, an Ascend Collection Hotel
No hot water for the first two and a half days. Strong musty smell in our room. Staff were friendly and apologetic but no manager was on the property and when contacted did not show.
