Overall, the day was pretty good. I wish they would’ve provided more towels as there was just enough for the one night stay. My biggest concern was when we woke up in the morning. Our luggage was wet because water had seeped in from the ice machine outside our room when we told management they did not seem to concerned, but merely gave the resort fee to us for free I would’ve expected at least a night comped for a pretty pricey room on Labor Day weekend. Customer service and customer experience should always be above making money.

Beautiful location surrounded by nature, with the forest and lake nearby. The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s especially great for families, as the fully equipped kitchen makes everything so convenient. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and always responsive to any requests we had. We truly enjoyed our family getaway and had a wonderful experience. We would definitely love to come back again!

Rooms are, of course, very small which was expected. However bed was situated in such a way that we both banged our shins on the footboard trying to get around the bed to the bathroom. No elevator so going to the restaurant or bar (and even our room) required stairs that were a bit steep for us seniors. Very nice area outside the bar to relax (upstairs again) but not much view from the rooms themselves. The location is great- Old Sacramento! Worth a visit although maybe not what we would choose again.

Excellent property, spacious and well maintained apartment with well stocked kitchen. Loved everything about this property.
