Clean room. Clean property. Super nice staff. A nice big stack of towels and more pillows than I could ask for. The AC cranked. The buffet was good and the ladies running the show were super nice. I would like to see different shower heads. The shower heads were not good. But I’d stay there again for sure. Saul at the front desk was a darling and very helpful. 10/10

We reserved two suites. One of the suites had a funky, mold, fishy smell. The breakfast was very limited and the food wasn't very warm. Therefore I rate this hotel a 4 star.

Stayed in Room #217, could not sleep all night because of loud fan noise from bathroom and can’t turn it off. Also, they charged me not two times, charged me three times the room charges to my Amex credit cards. Two of them are posted and one is still pending even after 24 hrs. I had to call the hotel during my busy travel schedule to clarify the charge and waiting for their answer back. It is so inconvenient. It seems like their only intention is to charge the room reservation fee, not to provide service to customer.
