No ice machine. I requested a rollout bed two separate times and they promised me it would be dropped off at my room. But then the new staff person who is now on shift did not want to do it and said the room was too small for a rollout bed. Other than that, the hotel is in a good location and was clean.

Very busy. There is a line for everything. Our room had mold around the tub.

The rooms were clean, but they are outdated and old. The floor in our room slanted from the entry to the bedroom area.

Parking is difficult and rooms are in a loud busy section of San Francisco near a bus stop. Bring ear plugs you like to sleep (probably this way in most of the city).

We had such a wonderful experience at the 1 Hotel. It was such a great location being by the Ferry Building and their restaurant was incredible. Next time we visit we’ll definitely be staying here!

I only stayed for two days, but the experience was disappointing. I arrived at 2:30 PM, just 30 minutes before the 3:00 PM check-in time, and had to wait standing because the reception area had no chairs. The room was never cleaned or organized during my stay. Used towels were not exchanged, but after informing the front desk, I was simply given new towels and had to carry them myself to the third floor. The Wi‑Fi was very slow, frequently disconnected, and unreliable. Overall, I do not recommend this place.
