If you want to be immersed in nature, this is the place to go! The inn is located next to a small farm where you can feed some chickens and see their llamas. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The one downside was the temperature in the room. Due to the number of windows a lot of heat got trapped in our room making it stuffy. No AC just a standalone fan. We could only open one small window that had bug netting on it. All of the other windows didn’t have netting and I didn’t want to let any bugs in since I’m prone to mosquito bites. Temperature aside, the amenities were nice. Breakfast was included and delivered to our doors at 8am. Parking was included on site and we were given an assigned spot. It’s about a 5 minute drive from Mendocino and about 20 minutes to Fort Bragg. Front desk was very helpful when present! The only criticism I have are their hours present. They are only there from 9am to 7pm. When we had arrived at 12pm to drop off our luggage, no one was there to greet us despite receiving communication about this.
