The room was clean and updated. The staff was pleasant. The location was very good - a 2 minute walk to Time Square and shops.

Room was clean, and very quiet. The highlight of the trip was the staff - front desk, doormen and maintenance were always friendly and welcoming, especially with our daughter. Wonderful stay.

My stay at the Muse Hotel was okay but not great. Despite booking two rooms and coordinating everything, my friend was upgraded to a king suite while my partner and I were given a very small room. The explanation didn’t make sense and left a poor first impression. The $40 USD resort fee felt unjustified, with no clear benefits beyond gym access and Wi‑Fi. Other hotels offer far more value for similar fees. On the positive side, the concierge, valet, and most of the Opus Café staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The location is excellent and close to everything. Overall, an average stay with mostly great staff but frustrating policies.

Wonderful hotel just off Bryant Park. Walking distance to Broadway and Central Park. Rooms for very cozy and the staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast was good. We’ll stay here again… just double check size of bed when you book, it could be smaller than you think?
