While we stayed, a fire broke out on the 3rd floor of the hotel. The alarms went off & everyone was notified & evacuated, but this fire was very clearly started by a lack of updated electrical work. Outside of our room: ceiling tiles were missing, empty rooms had windows open, and air fresheners were plugged in…that’s all that was done afterwards. It didn’t look like any work was being done, just the ceiling tiles that got burnt were gone. No other information was given to us, no other explanations, just a text that said “you’re good.” We never heard from the hotel again after that. Not only did we endure a fire evacuation, but the cleaning staff was nonexistent. We traveled to go to a Packers game, so we were gone for almost 12 hours…no “privacy” door handle, I notified the front desk that we needed the room flipped & new towels, but nothing was done. For the second night we stayed we had no clean sheets, no clean towels, overflowing garbage cans, and the room still smelled like smoke. I’ve had some bad hotel stays, but this one takes the cake. Absolutely no consideration for the guests. Would NOT stay again.

Clean room. Staff was amazing in checking us in quickly as we’re in a hurry. Breakfast was delicious. Gotta have my morning coffee and fruit. Thanks again for the hospitality

Very friendly, helpful staff. Lovely room!

Nice hotel!

Very nice experience

Absolutely disgusting overall. Walked into a room with dirty socks on the floor along with some seeds. Stains on pretty much everything, towels, sheets, etc…. Our room smelled musty and the bathroom was even worse. My son was excited to have some games to play. But the first game ate his quarters. Which of course the hotel says they aren’t responsible for and won’t give refunds. But they have no problem using the arcade as an advertisement in their photos. The pool table has an out of order sign on it and the foosball table’s coin mechanism was broken. Don’t even look at the thick layer of dust on the fans around the pool area. Overall the hotel is in horrible condition and needs a complete renovation. For the money spent on two nights the hotel would do a lot better.
