I know there was a tornado in the area a couple weeks earlier. So a lot of construction and contractors in the area. So when you’re up early to go to work. Kindly have respect for the other people who are still sleeping… Staff was great and very friendly and helpful…

My top criteria are quiet, clean, confortable bed which were all met. There was a room with complimentary breakfast. I checked in at midnight and the woman on staff was helpful.

At 10:00 at night there was a banging on my door and shouting, although I had put “do not disturb” on the door. The receptionist was there saying that the card had been incorrectly charged to a different room. She wanted me to go back to reception, although I was ready for bed. I pointed out the “do not disturb” notice, refused to go to reception, and said we could sort it out in the morning. In the morning, I went to reception. The receptionist said she had sorted out the problem, but did not apologize for disturbing me the previous evening.
