Clean space, plenty of towels and hot water, good view, strong WiFi, adequate security and privacy.

The hotel is very nice. Our room was very clean, nicely appointed with amenities and we had a great view from the 22nd floor. My only critique was staff. We tried to eat at the restaurant but no host ever came to seat us so we ended up ordering out. Also, when we arrived, we did the valet. There were maybe 5 valet guys out there. My mom is 79 and was struggling with her bags. No one offered to help. Not even opening the door. I know they aren't bellmen but a little courtesy goes a long way.

I liked the clean room and the pool but I disliked they gave us the wrong code at first we didn’t check in till about 8:30 because of the run around and I disliked that the elevator was down other than that it was a good stay and I would stay again!!
