The floors turned the towels black when cleaning up water from them. Dust was thick on the lamps. The rooms fire sprinkler was coated in what looked like hair and dust wrapped around it. The mini fridge didn’t look like it had been wiped out. And the grout along the outside of the tub was separated from the floor and gross. We will not be staying there again

VERY NICE

It was very sketchy walking in. Terrible condition. Dirty, rundown. Generally the rooms were okay. Lots of peeling paint and years of grime. But the staff was OUTSTANDING. This place is fine if you go in expecting it to be a low to mid range place

We had a great two-night stay at this hotel, checked in by a young lady at the front desk named Sandy whose friendliness and helpfulness are unsurpassed in any other hotel we've stayed at. Our room was spotless and everything worked. Beds were comfortable, linen was fresh. Free breakfast in the lobby was better than most, and free coffee was always available. This Comfort Inn has become a go-to place for us when we're in the Syracuse area, and we'll be back.
