Location, staff, and the room were great. Would recommend not eating at Penny’s Diner as the food didn’t sit well with us.

The room was dirty and the shower had black mold. The beds were not comfortable and there were a lot of sketchy people hanging around the back side of the building.

Loved this hotel rooms are large, very old fashioned, elegant. I feel this was a trip to the fast.

The only thing that I didn't like was that I needed to leave.

We got in very late, but the check-in was pretty quick and quite easy. The room was spacious and clean, though showing its age in some ways. But everything worked, including the air conditioning. Nothing special, but all fine.

Overall great stay! Only complaint is the window coverings, they give you privacy but do not block the sunlight at all. If you want to sleep past 8 am you should bring a sleep mask otherwise the room will be filled with light. A small investment in black out drapes would make a world of difference.

Older facility but more than adequately appointed. Good breakfast. Pretty setting. Welcoming staff.
