Absolutely an amazing place to stay. Clean and friendly staff.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was large and open. We did see cosmetic items that show wear and tear but overall it was a nice place for our weekend get away. We enjoyed the onsite restaurant. The bartender makes amazing bloody Mary's! Even though it was 110 outside we strolled the patio and sat by the lake one morning. I was excited to see a turtle too! Given the heat, the pool felt amazing. Although the water was warm, it offset the outside temperature when you were lounging. They had one floating device, it would have been nice if there were another for at least a couple to float around. All of the front desk staff were amazing as well. I will definitely book here again when visiting the area.

Staff is incredible

Hotel has a beautiful view but the room needs renovation. Window curtains were broken and the rug looked warn out. I had very little interaction with workers so I can't speak much on customer service.

Definitely would come back! Only complain the rooms need a better AC system.

I stayed here many times before. Every time they either withhold your deposit for a long time or mess something up on the booking. I pre-paid for the room and upon check in they told me I have not paid. When I showed them my bank statement and the Orbitz invoice they let me check in only to charge my card the next day. The front desk people were not a help, I had to talk to another person just for them to say the manager will call me which they never did until I called and they finally “fixed” the issue. It’s an inconvenience because now I have to wait 5-10 business days for my money to be refunded.

My daughter and I had a great time staying here. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, especially at the pool. This was a 10 out of 10 experience and would definitely stay here again
