Beautiful room and very comfortable bed with an Updated bathroom. Staff was accommodating. Outside Pool & hot tub were out of order 😞. Would be nice if there was a small continental breakfast or coffee/hot water/tea was in the lobby were offered.

This was the worst place we have ever stayed. The receptionist was unfriendly and clearly strung out. Room upon entry looked okay but the bathroom was deplorable, shower floor covered in mud and p*bes, toilet hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Had to call 911 because some dr*g addicts outside were SCREAMING ...

Standard breakfast was fine. Staff made my kids French toast, so that was great. Easy walk to campus and downtown. Train is close, but none of us noticed it during the night.

My Place Hotel - Missoula, MT
Very clean room, but was surprised that for a newer hotel they did not have any USB ports in the walls or on the bedside lamp. No big deal, just had to go out and buy a wall charger. Other than that, GREAT STAY!

Only there for one night but property was in great shape. I left medication in the refrigerator accidentally when I flew out of the airport. They found it and kept it cold and safe until my grandson could retrieve it for me. The staff are kind and were trustworthy for my stay.
