No it was stale cereal, staff was also sitting in the chairs when i entered. That was NOT appropriate. They couldve at least moved or acted busy when they saw me. You may well order food because I wouldnt even feed that to my kids,very disappointing!

Loved the style and the built of the hotel. The room was clean. I only ate one time at the Restaurant, what I ordered I did not like. Lump crab cakes, Not the "lump" crab that I know and love, but full of bread crumbs....

For the price of staying here, I would expect a nicer bathroom. The back of the bathroom door looks either dirty or in need of repainting. The shower is very small and awkward to get into and out of (the door opens inward). As for amenities, it would be nice if they at least had complimentary coffee ...

The room was very clean. Parking was well lit and the lot was large. The staff was helpful and friendly. It was not a true continental breakfast, but it was there and available.

Hotel is very worn and dated. It took 3 tries to get a room that didn't have a musty smell and had a shower curtain. We stay at Hyatts frequently and this is the worst property we have stayed at.

Everything was pretty nice except the pull out couch and the noise. Pull out couch was laughable. You sleep sideways, on a VERY THIN MATTRESS that has a bar running through the center. We woke up more than once to sirens and then loud garbage trucks behind the building.
