the bed was a bit hard for my liking.. but others might be fine with it...

Extremely clean room. Friendly and professional front desk staff. Convenient location - walking distance to multiple restaurants & cafes. Less than 10 mins taxi ride to central station.

super friendly staff and clean room

Really great property, great location and was well designed, easy parking, would have been a 5 star but the shower in The Nest was terrible. Took 15 min of running the shower before it got hot (on the advice of the team), and then only lasted enough for one person to shower. Next person had to have a cold/lukewarm shower as it never got hot again. Not sure if it was just that one apartment or if it’s all of them but was really disappointing after a cold wet day exploring the local area.

The facilities were good, but the billing was disappointing. When I asked about a refund for checking out early, the hotel explicitly acknowledged that I had already paid in full through the booking platform. Why, then, did they charge me again after checkout? The duplicate charge was refunded only after the platform intervened. Had I not checked my bank statement, it might have gone unnoticed. I recommend checking your bank statement carefully after checkout to make sure you haven’t been charged twice.
