ROACH MOTEL, this wasn't even a hotel and the pictures the property put up make no sense. The doors are all dingy and the door barely closed. The restroom door didn't close and it was all dirty. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

It is a spot over spot for truckers and tourist alike. For what it is, it is a perfect hotel. Room was clean. Parking is a little crazy but very well lit parking lot. Staff was awesome and quick check in. Plan on staying again on one of my many trips

Just only thing is housekeepers on Sunday just opened the door with out at least not knocking more than once just knocked once and opened the door I could have been changing out something

The whole place wasn't very clean. The night check in lady was not very friendly at all. The mornong lady was awesome, but there was no coffee. The bed reeked of like a bar, making it very hard to sleep.

The room was not clean there were many things that needed repair and we saw a cockroach in the bathroom.

Best Western Abilene Inn & Suites
I was disappointed with the cleanliness. The shower was dirty, and the towels had visible stains on them. This made the experience uncomfortable and not up to standard. I hope management improves their cleaning practices.
