Really good location and close to shopping and food. On site restaurant excellent. But hotel is older and not in the greatest shape. The on-site store is extremely small and very expensive.

Our room had trash leftover from the previous guests and its not very clean. Shower also didn’t work properly Water temperature was very good. Pressure would’ve been ok if the shower head worked

I give it a 3.0 rating. Most of the staff was great, a few mediocre. Rooms are a bit run down and aged. Hotel was generally clean for its age. I’m a Hilton person and compare it to a run down Hilton Doubletree. Food was below average - Luau food was comparable to a Golden Corral - almost inedible. ...
