Sha Cha was so friendly when we go to the hotel. She spoke to us ever time we passed by the front desk! Sha Cha was so kind and helpful and she is was fun to talk to.

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Pensacola Beach
The hotel was clean and offered a variety for continental breakfast. Our room was nice, with a fridge and microwave. We had an amazing view of the Gulf of America with beautiful sunrises and sunsets from our patio. The staff was very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.
