The room was clean, staff was very nice HOWEVER as a short older (68) woman who was with my 82 yo sister...the new beds were outrageously tall. Why do you feel everyone would want beds that are SO tall? My sister had to try to sleep in the chair and i struggled and did get in the bed. EXTREMELY BAD ...
