Staff was helpful as needed. Breakfast was very good and no missing items. Room was well appointed. Property was overall clean, but I did see a few areas that needed attention. The bed was too hard for me, but my husband slept well on it. The ice maker on our floor was not working so I went up one floor to get ice, then I reported to the front desk attendant, and she immediately made a note of it.

It was a great stay overall. The breakfast was delicious, we felt safe, and had everything we needed there. The glasses were visibly not clean but we didnt need to use those so thats irrelevant. Overall the place was great and right next to everything. I felt safe and respected. My biggest issue was the fire alarm. Our house literally just burned down this past Christmas and so there was some trauma already there but when the alarms at the hotel started sounding and we were evacuated, well we immediately started throwing things together and trying to save what we could because we had just lost everything already and we're rebuilding and its very expensive trying to start over completely especially since we didnt have renters insurance. We were all so terrified. Thankfully it was a false alarm tho and nothing was lost. The staff apologized tho and im just thankful everyone was okay. Its better to have a system that alerts everyone if there's smoke or danger than to not have it so overall this place was great and I will definitely stay again. Just so anyone reading this knows, its not the hotels fault we were already traumatized and I highly recommend this hotel. FYI, staff said it was someone smoking in their room.
