Location can’t be better! Train, restaurants and attractions all a within walking distance. We had a large room with great city views. Our check in was incredibly smooth and quick. Got all the information we needed right away to make our visit more enjoyable. Lobby bar was always humming with FIFA games to set the mood. Breakfast downstairs was fantastic. At the end the trip back to the airport using UP was very convenient as it too was just around the corner. Perfect atmosphere, venue and location for a great Toronto visit!

I didn’t like having to walk up stairs to get to the pool and another set of stairs to get to the hot tub. The toilet paper holder was broken and so the toilet paper kept falling on the floor which was not sanitary. The toilet itself was too low and it was difficult getting up and down. The same with the sofa - too low, not comfortable and the material was rough and the pull out mattress was uncomfortable. Overall, we did not enjoy our stay and would not stay there again!
