I travel for work, so I stayed there for 3 nights and they did not clean my room. I even requested the front desk on the 2nd day to get my room cleaned but still no housekeeping was done. I paid $500+ for 3 nights, this hotel is not worth that much.

Headed to my mom's funeral we made a reservation at 9:30 pm using Expedia b/c it noted that it was a pet friendly hotel. We arrived around 1 am and we were told they did not have pet friendly room available. They were kind enough to NOT refund us the money. Never again with them.
