Rooms were filthy. They don't vacuum floor between guest stays.Kitchen tiles were sticky as they don't wash the floor. Air vents were covered in dust.

I reserved a suite, and needed sheets for the pullout sofa. There were none in the room and called down to have some delivered which weren’t. No big deal, the sheets they gave me didn’t fit. And there were bugs in the room. Very disappointed.

Definitely overpaid for the room. Shower had long black hair in it. Bathroom counter wasn’t cleaned. Bathroom floor was dirty. When barefoot, I could feel hard things in the carpet. Definitely wasn’t vacuumed. Room was also dusty. I expected more for what I paid.
