The staff was friendly and helpful. The room cleanliness wasn’t up to my standards, but it was clean enough. The parking was disorganized and a massive hole where we could park our motorcycle. But I would sleep there again, if I ever go to Bancroft again

Wonderful staff who are very helpful. We stayed in the detached house which was lovely but not insulated enough so we could hear the guests in the room above us

Overall an excellent experience. We were very pleased with our choice of accommodation. Staff were lovely and the room was spacious. Towels could have been nicer and the bed a bit softer, but we would still happily return here. We were grateful that our room was on the ground floor with a direct entrance, so easy to unload
