Our hot tub in our room did not work! Then we couldn't get the water to shut off! Maintenance told us that's normal it's what it's supposed to do! And sat there and argued with us about it!

Good breakfast, very friendly staff. Hallways need a good vacuuming and updating. Same with the room. After reading reviews was hoping for a much cleaner room. Floor wasn't vacuumed, stains on carpet and bed.
