Despite being an older hotel, the place is well maintained and staff were great. The location was perfect for us and we will definitely stay again.

Great hotel and location didn't see a pool and there is no parking. No microwave for my foodies. I don't like to waste food yet I was unable to warm food up.

Stayed in the Bernard Shaw room. Well appointed, comfy bed, BUT the in room air conditioner was SO noisy surging on and off, sleep was impossible. Couldn’t open the window due to smoky air outside. Well located to walk into NOTL. Staff - one - not very friendly. Best thing about our stay: very cute family of Skunks entertained us as we sat on the verandah one evening,

Great hotel, wonderful staff.

Staff were lovely, great location, large and clean rooms, fridge and microwave are great to have.

I managed to get some horrific food poisoning while in Toronto and I am absolutely sure had I been in any other hotel but The Hazelton I won’t be as well cared for in the most motherly and tender way!!! Best hotel in Toronto , best service and best location !!! Thank you everyone who took care of me I am extremely grateful !!! Shanna
