First room had no sheets on either bed and bed was broken. Room had not been cleaned at all. Second room had sheets, but that was the only thing they was better about it.

Best Western Plus Coldwater Hotel
Room had a jacuzzi tub but didnt advise us at check in that it didnt work. Shower was almost unusable being clogged and what little water we had the water was shooting all the wrong ways. Was also some random hairs laying around. I will not return. I paid $160 for what was worth maybe half that.
