The staff were very helpful. Room was very clean, dated but clean. Unfortunately there is no room service or breakfast bar. The parking and finding the front entrance was very difficult. Drove around the block and down alleys trying to locate main entry. Parking was across the street but not very well marked. Once we found things and made adjustments it was good.

I booked a non refundable stay since I was going in a few days. It said parking was available on site, and it’s not until after you book that you find there’s no available spots, so I was forced to look elsewhere, and drag my luggage around. That was very misleading, especially since they boast how rare it is to find a place to stay with parking on site. It was a key to my booking decision. The place was clean but the dishwasher was full, the oven looked like they sprayed the inside and lined with tin foil to clean, but never finished it. The shower had holders for soaps, but there was no soap left and no shampoo either. I tried to make coffee in the morning, but not even enough to make one pot. The pillows were INCREDIBLY thin, so extremely uncomfortable. Very good location though. We walked to the harbor for a boat ride. The CN tower, Aquarium, and Roger’s Stadium are all very close.

Needed mtce: #1805-14 York broken window latch so v. noisy. broken bathroom door lock broken window blind(fully down)access to deck difficult. All couch cushions stained(1 ripped). Not made aware that 4/8 sleep spots were on VERY uncomfortable fold down small(child only) couches. Towels & bedding not that great. No soap for showers. Nice location and view tho.

Friendly staff. It felt more like a motel or inn than a hotel. Unfortunately, the room was outdated and showed some needs for repairs (e.g.,floor tiles, ceiling, etc.).
