Weak toilet handle in the tank. The handle snapped so I had to manually flush every time.

My toilet ran all night so a good night sleep was not had, I was up all night. To have a suite and not sleep wall was disappointing. I did tell staff as I checked out but they didn’t see to accommodate or make things right but what could they do? The outside pool was not clean at all, my kids wouldn’t even step into it. It was green and you could tell hasn’t been cleaned for days or maybe for the season. The hotel itself was great but wish for the money it was what we paid for as a whole.

Peeling paint, sticky floors, flies in the room, internet out of service, one channel on the tv (via "antenna"). It's bad.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast. The issue we had was the noise…we had the room on the other side of the wall from the stairs, the elevator, and the maintenance rooms, 226.
