Tiny hotel catering to mostly train passengers - diner on the property was so convenient - really good diner food and terrific staff - super friendly and helpful

Room wasn’t too clean, carpet had a distinct smelly odor, late night noise, sketchy area

quaint, cute, & quiet.

Our room was recently updated and clean. The only issues were that our upstairs neighbors clomped around like elephants and for some reason after 24 hours, our key cards stopped working. Staff replaced them promptly. Often there was no one at the front desk; staff was available by phone.

THIS HOTEL IS CLOSED, ACCEPTED MY RESERVATION AND MONEY AND REFUSED TO RETURN MY MONEY DESPITE NOT EVEN BEING OPERATIONAL.

Newly renovated rooms; Excellent location on the main road & access to Lassen NPS; Room equipped with electric stove, fridge & min-fridge, microwave & conventional ovens, room heater, utensils & dining table; Property Owner- Mr. Matt is very helpful & accommodating; Hopefully AC will be ready soon; We spotted deer in the property; convenient parking;
