Tellement compliqué l'arrivée avec la clé magnétique. Doit monter au 29e chercher la clé en maximum 2 minutes sinon on ne peut pas monter. Ascenceur pleins et un sur 3 de brisé. Pour la sortie doit descendre avec la même clé au garage et remonter au 29e la porter. Exige de laver les serviettes avant de quitter mais ne reste aucun savon a lessive. J'arrête là mais pleins d'autres trucs dans le genre. Tellement déçu

Amazing! And the steam shower was over-the-top!

Self check-in was a nightmare. The security desk had no record of our reservation. We were able to contact the host who were able to file the proper applications required by the property. But it took a very long time which made us miss the opening ceremony for the blue jays. Which was the reason for our trip. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. Also had coffee. The beds were very uncomfortable. I could feel the springs through the mattress. After the added condo fees the price was not worth it. Would have been better to stay in a hotel. And they had no place to store our luggage at check out until our evening flight.

The best hotel stay I have ever had

This was the absolute worst stay of my life. To begin, the room was above 86 degrees. We had the AC running for a very long time and the temperature did not drop. My friend whom has medical issues actually passed out from the heat. We contacted support and got offered to switch to a different room on a lower level. Upon arriving to that room, we were on the phone with support and used the given code to enter the room. As we enter, we hear a terrified guest in the room screaming as we just entered while she was asleep. She came to attack us rightfully so and we had to run back upstairs. During this encounter we were still on the phone with support. I was obviously freaking out and she actually hung up the call on me. When we finally got connected we were told to move to another room. We were extremely skeptical however we had to work early so we went. No guests in the new room, awesome! I stayed up all night terrified someone would walk into our room. Went to work off of no sleep and felt unsafe all night. We could have been seriously injured if the person whose room we “broke into” was able to attack us. Do not stay at this place as the staff are incompetent and will send you into another guests room as they’re sleeping. Never mind the AC does not work and it is a sauna in the room. We had to use cold water to wet towels and keep them on our heads. Do better. Expedia has not offered anything for this horrible experience.
