The pluses, located near where I wanted to be...free airport shuttle, large rooms for a decent price, breakfast in the morning. The negatives, my friend ended up waiting for 45 minutes for the shuttle to pick him up from the airport. Went to all the hotels before being dropped off finally at Embassy Suites. I asked for late checkout at the front desk because my flight was going to be late.... they charged me over a hundred dollars for 3 hours between 12-3pm. I was shocked at that price. When I looked at the cc charge it is taxed too, ended up being charged over a hundred dollars for 3 hours of late checkout. I called to ask why they charged tax when they didn't tell me at the desk and no response. Left a message for the manager Justin and nothing. Ghosted. And to top it off the shuttle doesn't run between 12-4pm the exact times I needed it...ended up just ubering for another $$$ to the airport. Kind of expected a little more help from the hotel. Prob wont be staying there again unfortunately although the actual front desk people were very nice though said they couldn't help me with the price.

Great little place for an SF stay. Location was perfect for us. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Not staffed at night but that wasn’t a problem for us. Will stay again!

It was okay. I thought it was going to be better because of all the good reviews. The hotel definitely need some upgrades. I tripped on loose carpet. The rooms are numbered out of order making it difficult to find your room but, I do have to admit the breakfast line went fast and the food was really good! My son is very picky and he had breakfast there every day.

Immediately greeted when we pulled into the private round about. They helped with our luggage. We had a speedy check in. The hotels smells amazing! My friend literally says omg! Carmen this smells like one of your perfumes! It was delightful. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. We are so happy with our stay, no question we will stay again here.

Be prepared for a $100 a day deposit and $40 reservation fee. I was blind sided from the additional fees.
