Rooms were very clean and quaint. Cleanliness was excellent. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. One recommendation: would it be possible to have USB ports available for charging please? Maybe as a unit on the room clock?

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Staff was pleasant and very accommodating. Loved the ice machine and water fountain in the lobby to fill out water bottles. First time visit, will be back.

A room safe was listed but it did not work. Two other rooms were offered, but the safes did not work in them either. If they do not work, they should not be listed as an amenity. Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lancaster East - Strasburg by IHG
The gym was under renovation and the pool looked cloudy. Plus no hot tub. The room was big and spacious with blackout shades which was a plus. But the renovation put a damper on our access to the gym. Breakfast was ok as well.
