Comforter had cigarette burns, beds were comfortable, breakfast was late due to staff not showing up. All in all a good experience for affordable housing.

Briarwood Inn of Sparta
Clean room. Staff and parking was good. Breakfast was not good. Very little choices. Bad tasting coffee and was just warm. Not hot. Not the hotel or the staffs fault but had a very loud guest in the room next to us.

This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem.
