Hallways to room were very warm. Hallway on floor 7 smelled like sewer. Heating and cooling did not work properly in room.

Loews Kansas City Hotel
Conveniently located to power and light, the street car which has multiple stops for sightseeing and eats. Loews is at least a yearly stop for us. Quiet, great views of KC skyline. Pool was clean and refreshing. Good drinks at the bar.

There stuff to do for adults and young kids from 5 and up. The staff were amazing and friendly, the room and the hotel its self was pretty freaking clean and it just smelt clean too! I will definitely be going back already planning another stay!

Toilet was not flushed when we first entered room so bathroom had a foul smell for the first hour or so. Breakfast was delicious, the rest of the room was nice and clean. Staff seemed inconvenienced when we asked for hand soap and other questions.
