Staff was great. Very nice. Our room was huge! Everything was clean. My son said it smelled like a hospital room because of the bleach! The pool and hot tub were nice. I recommend bringing your own towels, they run out quickly. Everything else was great. I will stay here again.

Staff were understanding and kind! The check in process is a little all over the place. There’s tons of information that needs to be made CLEAR. When I’ve stayed at hotels in the past, I’ve paid my full balance and that was it. The deposit should be taken when they process room charges.
