The aircon condesation drips into the bathtub, which pools water. The bathtub does not drain quickly, and was pooling water a couple of inches deep after a 10minute shower. Shower was very dirty but was cleaned when asked with no problems. Bed was very firm. We were offered another but chose to get a blanket for the bed to help... it didnt...lol
