I am giving this hotel 3 stars because I was not informed that the hotel was undergoing renovations. The balcony window in my room was completely covered by a tarp blocking the view and making the room feel dark and closed in. Other than that the room was clean and comfortable. Better communication about the renovations would have made the experience much better.

Our stay was disappointing right from check-in. We booked through Expedia, and the registration process was handled very poorly. The communication between the hotel and Expedia was disorganized, confusing, and lacked transparency. Rather than taking ownership of the situation, the hotel repeatedly blamed the third-party booking service. Regardless of how the reservation was made, the hotel accepted my payment, and I expected much better customer service. There was little effort to resolve the issue, no willingness to accommodate us, and no attempt to make things right. A positive customer experience should be a priority, regardless of how a reservation is booked. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel is beautiful, and it's clear that so much care goes into every little detail. The staff were genuinely warm, friendly, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was delicious! We wouldn't hesitate to stay again and highly recommend it!
