staff did not seem interested in helping guest. comforter was stained rust on towel rack in bathroom smoke detector went off for no reason in our room, remote did not work in room my sister was staying in. pool did not look anything like picture on website. will not stay here ever again.

While the staff and the hotel itself was good. We were in a room directly next to the elevators and the WiFi did not work in the room at all. We needed it for work while we were there. It was awful having to work from our hotspots because the AP (access point) on our side of the building wasn’t working ...

The potholes are HORRENDOUS. The staff is great. The rooms are very nice. There was toilet paper in my toilet and small stains on my sheets, but otherwise very clean.

Rooms were ok. They dont serve breakfast in the morning. I paid for 2 king rooms and was only given one and the other room was 2 beds. The elevator sounds like its breaking. Probably wont stay here again.
