Rooms were clean , breakfast was great , hotel as a whole was welcoming, nice pool and hot tube , only thing I would like to see change and I’m sure it’s for a safety reason is the pool opens a little late for me I would like to see it open at 7 instead of 9 am , everything else 100 percent

Best Western Franklin Inn
The first room we were given smelled of whatever someone had been smoking. We asked for a different room and they took care of it immediately. Our second room was very clean and odor free. We were very happy with the room and breakfast.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff made us feel like family and the beauty and convenience of downtown Franklin was spectacular. All the people we encountered while there were so very hospitable. We will definitely be back!
