No ice machines. Was directed to a CStore. Great balconies over looking the lake with no chairs. Was advised not to use the balcony. Some were under construction.

A beautiful hotel! The entire staff was kind, skilled, and professional. Jonah greeted us when we arrived and made my son and I feel welcome and special. Both the rooftop and lobby bars were perfect. The rooms are cozy, clean, and modern. I love this place and will definitely stay there when I go back to Toronto. If you’re even considering this hotel just book it. You won’t be disappointed!

The management of the hotel is excellent, it’s really Hyatt standard

Breakfast!!

Don't have a low battery on your phone. You need it to open all doors on the property. Great set of utensils for anyone bringing their own food. Wish they would provide tea bags as well as coffee pods.

A wonderful experience with Lesley, she was a gracious and informative host, excellent facility and a great home cooked breakfast! We would highly recommend Rocklyn Inn. John and Peggi Garner

Watch out for messages after you book, where you provide your ID and a selfie, pay for parking and the deposit. And they aren’t very responsive or explanatory, and clearly have seen all kinds of shenanigans. Once you get past all that, it’s fabulous. You can’t beat the view. Location is great too, parking is convenient, and there’s a Nando’s downstairs.

The communication between the people who own this property and rented out and myself was terrible. They waited until the last few days to collect information. I was already on my way to my trip and didn’t wanna take the time to send them photo IDs, etc., etc. when I’m already traveling to that destination it took us at least three hours to get into the unit once we arrived. They did not leave us the fob for the parking area or send us the letter about it. Ask for a refund a partial refund anyway and they did not acknowledge it. The place was overall OK nothing spectacular but just very displeased with trying to get a hold of someone to get into the unit for three hours.
