Water Spa amenities was closed off for Valentine’s Day to people who just had reserved spa treatments. They did not advertise it would be closed, and we came just for that. We were disappointed.

Room was clean except for small staining on blanket - not a huge deal. Very nice room, stayed in one of the romantics, well decorated, relaxing, fun. Staff was very nice at checkin and checkout, didnt interact with other staff. No complaints.

The pool had way way to much chlorine in it that you could smell it all the way down the hall and it burned both my 2 you ger kids eyes even after taking showers.
