Great breakfast included. Very nice pool area with bar and restaurant. Can park on the same floor as your room which was very convenient. Close to 5th and 3rd. Waterway ferry stops here. 2 man boat tours launch here too. Business trip for us so didn’t go to the beach.

Rooms small, bathroom old and not clean , stuff confused and not experienced , was never told I will be charged for parking until check out , complementary drinks voucher couldn’t be used even for a virgin drink .Never again .

Marco Beach Ocean Suites
The view was very nice and the location good. The property has no amenities and overall needs a facelift. The pool was under construction and closed during our visit and the we did not make that clear when booking. There are no services on the property, a disappointment for the price point.
