Everything was perfect and picture perfect. Only downside is the hot water is very limited be cautious with how much you need and wait in between showers for hot water.

Berkshire Mountain Lodge
The room is cozy and the kitchen is great. The pool area needs renovation but my kids still love the fact the pool is huge. Only downside is it takes forever to get your $150 deposit refunded:( every time and I leave the room spotless.

Hilton Albany
Bathroom is ok but the tub and toilet look like they are 40 years old. The tub didn’t drain well and the shower never got very hot. The overall room was fine. The in room coffee maker wasn’t good. That should be replaced/updated. The bed was comfortable.

Room was super clean, staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is there was some kind of event for high schoolers this weekend it was still pretty loud after 10 pm but otherwise my stay was great! Will definitely be back

I always sleep the best here. So quiet and comfortable. Love the lounge area. Bartender really nice. Had a lovely cheese plate. Shower is great. Great value!
