I stayed 4 days and couldn’t manage to get my room cleaned from housekeeping during my stay. Front desk staff did the very minimal in answering questions and addressing issues. Apathetic at best. Rooms could use a refresh as it was apparent flooding had occurred at some point in the past.

Overlook Lodge at Bear Mountain
I had reserved a room in the Lodge but without warning was shifted to the Summit Stone Cottage. Not very clean. The bathroom door hit the vanity so it would only open halfway. Had to sneak in sideways. Dumb installation. Not happy.

The property looks nice from the outside but once you step into the lobby it’s run down. The furniture is antiquated and the front desk needed a paint job at least. Not staying here again.

I was given a handicap accessible room but it was a tub not a roll in gave extra room in bathroom but smaller shower area. Other then that was amazing stay. I wish they changed breakfast selection every now and then I've stayed a few times and its always the same.
